VISA REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER Uzbekistan:
Valid and signed U.S. Passport. Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity until expiration date.
Please make sure your passport is signed.
A copy of the Green Card is required for the Non-Us citizens residing in the US.
The Embassy of Uzbekistan requires an online application.
You must complete the form online then it will allow you to print the form for you to sign.
Two (2) passport quality photos. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
Clear white background, no glasses nor a hat.
Copy of your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.
A letter of invitation approved by the ministry in Uzbekistan. Tour operators specializing tourist travel to Uzbekistan can assist you with obtaining your invitation.
One (1) ABC VISA REQUEST FORM with every service request.

Your host Company or organization in Uzbekistan must also contact the Consular Department of the Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have an invitation approved and sent to the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Washington DC (and a copy sent to the traveler if possible) on your behalf. In addition, a letter on your company's letterhead, signed by an officer of your company is also required; stating the following information:
