VISA REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER Philippines:No visa is required for U.S citizens for a stay up to 21 days. For a stay longer than 21 days, the following is required:
Valid and signed U.S. Passport. Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity until expiration date.
Please make sure your passport is signed.
A copy of the Green Card is required for the Non-Us citizens residing in the US.
One (1) visa application form, electronically typed, completed and signed.
The embassy also requires that your application form must be notarized.
One (01) passport quality photo. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
Clear white background, no glasses nor a hat.
Copy of your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.
A copy of your most recent bank statement.
One (1) ABC VISA REQUEST FORM with every service request.

A business letter from your employer or sponsor from Philippines. The letter must be on the letterhead and state the following:
