When you apply for a Visa through our Visa service – We work closely with all embassies in Washington DC to process your visa application in the timeliest manner. Our visa services include securing and expediting travel visas, tourist visas and business visas for individuals in the United States traveling to foreign countries.

Please do not purchase your tickets prior to getting your visa. The visa processing will take a minimum of 7-10 business days. The Embassy does not offer rush services at this time.
Visa Policy Alert – Embassy of India 1/6/2010
Effective immediately, India will not allow Tourist travelers to re-enter India within 2 months of last exiting India. If you want to re-enter India within the 2-month interval, exceptions will be granted on a case by case basis (reasons may include sick family members in India).
Valid and signed U.S. Passport. Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity until expiration date.
Please make sure your passport is signed.
A copy of the Green Card is required for the Non-Us citizens residing in the US.
A clear color-photocopy of your driver's license as proof of residence in the Embassy's area of jurisdiction

One (1) Online visa application form. Once on the online application portal, click on "Online Visa Application" (Orange tab on the top left from the navigation bar ).
You will be issued an application ID And password, please include them on a separate note with the completed application for our use in case we have to edit/add information that the embassy might ask for.

* 01 copy of the minor's birth certificate.
* 01 completed and signed parental authorization form
Please complete and sign the third party authorization form.
If the applicant is younger than 18 years old, the application must be signed by both parents and/or guardians. This is mandatory. Embassy of India cannot process the application unless both signatures are on the printed application form and the application must be notarized. In addition to standard visa requirements, minor's applications must also contain a copy of both parents passport picture page and proof of address under a parent's name.
Two (2) passport quality photos. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
Clear white background, no glasses nor a hat.
Copy of your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.
One (1) ABC VISA REQUEST FORM with every service request.

A business letter on your company's letterhead, signed by an officer of your company, stating exactly the content as laid out on this sample letter It is mandatory that the letter is structured as shown in the sample
A letter of invitation from the sponsoring organization in India typed on the organization's letterhead and stating exactly the content as laid-out on this sample letter. It is mandatory that the letter is structured as shown in the sample
