VISA SERVICES

When you apply for a Visa through our Visa service – We work closely with all embassies in Washington DC to process your visa application in the timeliest manner. Our visa services include securing and expediting travel visas, tourist visas and business visas for individuals in the United States traveling to foreign countries.

VISA REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER Nigeria:

TOURIST VISA REQUIRMENTS

1PASSPORT

Valid and signed U.S. Passport.  Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity until expiration date. 
Please make sure your passport is signed.

A copy of the Green Card is required for the Non-Us citizens residing in the US.

Also, International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever

2Visa application

One (1) signed and completed online visa application form 
(you will be redirected to the Nigerian Embassy website to complete the form)

3PHOTOS

Three (3) passport quality photos. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.

Clear white background, no glasses nor a hat.

4AIRLINE TICKET

Copy of your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.

5Proof of accommodation

Copy of your hotel confirmation or a letter from your host in Nigeria

AND

Copy of recent bank statement in your name that indicates sufficient funds for travel.

6ABC Request Form

One (1) ABC VISA REQUEST FORM with every service request.

 

BUSINESS VISA REQUIRMENTS

In addition of all the requirements listed above: (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)

7Business letter

A business letter on your company's letterhead, addressed to "The Embassy of Nigeria, Visa Section, Washington D.C.," signed by an officer of your company, stating the following information:

  • Name of traveler
  • Exact dates of travel
  • Contact name, address and phone number of the inviting individual/organization in Nigeria
  • Purpose of business visit to Nigeria
  • Financial guarantee of traveler's expenses to and from Nigeria

8LETTER OF INVITATION

** letter of invitation from host company in Nigeria**, on the host company's letterhead, signed by an officer of the host company, stating the following information:

  • Name AND gender of traveler
  • Exact dates of travel
  • Contact name, address and phone number of the inviting individual/organization in Nigeria
  • Purpose of business visit to Nigeria
  • Financial guarantee of traveler's expenses to and from Nigeria

9Consular Fees

Tourist Embassy fee $180 (Must be paid online) + $85 Processing fee (24-48 Hours)

Business Embassy fee $180 (Must be paid online) + $85 Processing fee (24-48 Hours)

Work Permit

  • $120.00 --- 5-7 days to process / TWP for U.S. Citizens
  • $170.00 --- 5-7 days to process / TWP for Non U.S.
  • $243.00 ---  5-7 days to process / STR for U.S. Citizens
  • $232.00 ---  5-7 days to process / TWP for U.S. Citizens
  • $293.00 ---  5-7 days to process / STR for Non U.S.
  • $282.00 ---  5-7 days to process / TWP for Non U.S.
