When you apply for a Visa through our Visa service - We work closely
with all embassies in Washington DC to process your visa application
in the timeliest manner. Our visa services include securing and expediting
travel visas, tourist visas and business visas for individuals in the United States traveling to foreign
countries.
Visa requirements to enter Saudi Arabia :
IMPORTANT:
AS OF APRIL 2009, THE
ROYAL EMBASSY OF SAUDI ARABIA REQUIRES AN ONLINE APPLICATION TOGETHER WITH YOUR
PAPER APPLICATION. AN ADDITIONAL FEE
OF $15 WILL BE CHARGED AS PART OF THE SAUDI GOVERNMENT ONLINE APPLICATION
PROCESS.
Currently,
tourist travel is not allowed in Saudi Arabia

1) Passport
Valid and signed U.S.
Passport. For single entry, passport
must have a minimum of 6 months validity from expiration date.
AND
Two (2) photocopies of
your U.S. Passport information page.
A copy of the Green Card is
required for the Non-Us citizens residing in the US.

2) Visa application
One (1) visa application
forms, electronically typed, completed
and signed.
Online
registration is mandatory to process your visa

3) Photos
One (1) passport quality
photo. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
Clear white background,
no glasses nor a hat.

4) Airline ticket
Copy of your airline
ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.

5) ABC Request Form
One
(1) ABC
VISA REQUEST FORM with every service request.
|

|
6) Proof of accommodation
Letter of invitation,
approved by the Saudi Arabia government.
|
|
|
7) Business letter
A business letter on
your company's letterhead, addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi
Arabia. The business letter must
include the following information:
Name of traveler
Exact dates of travel
Contact name, address and
phone number of the inviting individual/organization in Saudi Arabia
Purpose of business
visit to Saudi Arabia
Financial guarantee of
traveler's expenses to and from Saudi Arabia
