Visa Services
When you apply for a Visa through our Visa service - We work closely
with all embassies in Washington
DC to process your visa
application in the timeliest manner. Our visa services include securing and
expediting travel visas, tourist visas and business visas for individuals in
the United States
traveling to foreign countries.
Visa requirements to enter Russia:

1) Passport
Valid and
signed U.S. Passport. For single
entry, passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity from expiration
date.
AND
A copy of the Green Card is required for the
Non-Us citizens residing in the US.

2) Visa application
One (1) Online
visa application form, electronically typed, completed printed and
signed.
|
|
|
|
3) Photos
Two (2) passport
quality photos. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
Clear
white background, no glasses nor a hat.
|
|
|
|
4) Airline ticket
Copy of
your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.
|
|
|
|
5) ABC Request Form
One (1) ABC
VISA REQUEST FORM with every service request.
|
|
|
6) Proof of accommodation
A printed
voucher and a printed confirmation letter.
If staying in more than 1 hotel,
please send voucher & confirmation for every hotel. Voucher must show the reference number
and the confirmation letter must indicated the confirmation number. (note: Most major hotels will
automatically fax or email you a voucher and confirmation, otherwise the
voucher and confirmation can be obtained through an authorized Russian
travel organization)

7) Business letter
A letter
of invitation approved by the Ministry of Interior. Telex must be on file at the consulate.

Note:
Effective April 10,2012,
there is an additional $30.00 fee levied by the outsourcing company in charge
of handling the Russian visa applications.
Additional cost has been added to the Embassy fee.
Important:
Visa issued by consulate is date specific.
Entries based on your voucher and confirmation.
Embassy
reserves the right to request additional information and extend processing
times during peak season.
Visa
valid for one year from date of issue.
